FAQ - Payment
Q. Can I pay by postal order?
A. Yes. Only for United Kingdom Postal money or send cash.
Q. Can I made telephone orders?
A. No. We do not provide this service
Q. Can I send you my credit card details by fax?
A. No, You can only make credit card payment via my secure payment gateway.
Q. Can I give you my credit card details over the phone?
A. No, this is not possible.
Q. I made out an online credit card payment but I no longer want to buy. What can I do?
A. Please advise us immediately at support@heavenlysmoke.com ,we will block the consignment with Post. You can then choose either of the following options:
replacement of the product with a product of equal value, using the same shipping option; return of paid sum by accrediting to your credit card (transaction expenses will be charged to you).
Please note that the parcels are collected twice a day at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. ( GMT). Orders received after 4 p.m. are send on the following day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are sent on the first working day following reception.
